Taking the test is child's play and takes a maximum of 10 minutes.  However, the targeted evalu­ation and use of the iTYPE test result must be carried out by certified consul­tants. In order to use the test result optimally and purpose­fully in coaching, training and devel­opment processes, a well-founded profes­sional pre-training with psycho­logical know-how is required. The certi­fi­cation prepares you for this.

In addition  to how to use the test procedure and the database, our certi­fi­cation will give you a compre­hensive insight into various psycho­logical topics from the perspective of systemics, analytics and research. We also work in a very practice-oriented way, so that you are well prepared for the use of iTYPEs after­wards. And at the same time, you can network with other consul­tants so that you can exchange best practices and discuss challenging appli­cation situa­tions. The concept of the certi­fi­cation delib­er­ately relies on an alter­nation of asynchronous and synchronous learning, so that you can benefit from a profitable alter­nation of self-directed learning, group learning experi­ences and input phases by our experts; inside. The profilers are suitable for coaches and trainers in the areas of person­ality devel­opment, personnel devel­opment, team and leadership devel­opment. iTYPE is a tool for integrative, constructive and systemic processes. It is not intended or suitable for deficit analyses or exclusion proce­dures.  A few examples of profitable areas of application:

We will then send you a demo test TAN as soon as possible, which will give you an insight into the test procedure.

Your result will be stored in our archive for you until your certi­fi­cation (GDPR-compliant, of course) or deleted unopened if we have not had any further contact with you after 3 months.

If you would like to have your result from the demo TAN in advance for your own devel­opment as a trainer or coach, we will be happy to provide you with this for a small cost contri­bution of €25.00 plus VAT. This is also possible without you taking part in the certi­fi­cation afterwards.

Surprised? Sometimes we do too! If you are an iTYPE consultant, you have access to our maintained system. There are no running costs for you. Only when you have a workshop, training or coaching and iTYPE is used (TANs are generated and sent by you) will you receive an invoice for the TANs generated in the system.
